Finding and replacing

It would be great if you could replace things in your head. Scan every instance of some defining moment in your memory and slip in something else. Instead of winning second place in the egg and spoon against Jon Sizer in 1982, I won. Something like that.

In retrospect this is probably something like the plot of Eternal Sunshine Spot Minded thingy film.

Nevertheless, I’m hoiking my old blogger site from 2003 into at least 2008 technology, and I realize that a picture paints at least 25 words if it’s a thumbnai. I had written my own picture publishing scripts and spat them all at a phpwebhosting account that has long since jumped under the rush-hour tube.

So now I’m experimenting with the notion that I can search for every instance of a string in my old posts and replace with another. Sounds simple. If the next word in this post is the somewhat unlikely Antoine2HideYoKidsHideYoWife2, then I guess it may have just worked…
