Step 1

• put all source files in a yyyymmdd folder in 'My Pictures'
• Sort out the good ones, rotate and touch up as required
• Make a yyyymmdd\algae directory in dev\niceguy and put gifs and jpegs in there - standard sizes 70 and 640x480

Step 2

• Put in the web directory corresponding to the images - this will be something in niceguy directory like: 20031006/algae
• Then paste a list of jpg files from this directory you want to include. They should have associated thumbnails as .gifs this could be the result of running something like: DIR *.jpg /B /O:D in the directory above
• Then hit the button
