Fairy candy

Small children are impressed by jewellery made from sweets. A classic example is the candy bracelet. This is a nasty piece of thin elastic upon which hollow compressed lumps of sugar and colourings are threaded. The elastic is tied into a hoop, with the coloured lumps resembling jewels along its length. They look like fairy lights if you stretch them across the screen of your laptop.
